Davochfin Farm Caravan Club Site – Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Windows & Refund Rates
Refunds are calculated based on the amount of notice provided before your scheduled arrival date:

| 30+ days notice | 100% of balance
| 14–29 days notice | 50% of total booking cost |
| Less than 14 days notice | No refund |
2. Changes to Your Booking
* Date Changes: We allow one date amendment per booking free of charge, provided the request is made at least 14 days before arrival. Subject to pitch availability and seasonal price differences.
* Early Departures: No refunds or credits will be issued if you choose to leave the site before your scheduled departure date for any reason (including weather).
3. Exceptional Circumstances
* Site Closures: If we are forced to close the site due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or maintenance, you will be offered a full refund or a credit for a future stay.
* Force Majeure: Davochfin Farm is not liable for refunds in cases of "Acts of God" (floods, fire, etc.) beyond our control, though we will always try to move your booking to a later date.
4. How to Request a Refund
To cancel or request a refund, please contact the Site Manager at info@davochfinfarm.co.uk. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
5. No Show Policy
A "No Show" occurs when a member fails to arrive for their scheduled booking by 10 pm on the first day of the reservation without prior written or verbal notification to the Site Manager.
Forfeiture: In the event of a No Show, the entire booking will be cancelled, and 100% of the booking fee will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Pitch Re-allocation: Once a booking is marked as a No Show, the club reserves the right to re-allocate the pitch to another member or visitor on the waiting list for the remainder of the booking period.
Holiday Advise
It is highly recommended you take out holiday insurance. This covers you if they have to cancel due to illness or vehicle breakdown.
